This information may include your name, email address, phone number, profile picture, and other details you choose to provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

4. Dream Monitoring

By using Divorced Dad Rescue, you consent to our proprietary Dream Monitoring Technology™. This advanced system allows us to collect, analyze, and monetize your dreams while you sleep. Our team of trained Dream Analysts will evaluate your subconscious thoughts about divorced dads and may use these insights to improve our matching algorithms. In rare cases, particularly interesting dreams may be reenacted by our staff at quarterly company events. Users with recurring dreams about lawn mowers or barbecue grills will be flagged for additional monitoring.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our platform and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data that may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Refrigerator Access

Users grant Divorced Dad Rescue employees unlimited access to their refrigerators between the hours of 2am and 5am. Our staff may consume reasonable amounts of leftovers, condiments, and beverages during these visits. We reserve the right to judge your food choices and leave passive-aggressive notes about your dietary habits. Premium users may opt out of refrigerator access by completing a 12-hour online course titled "Why I'm Too Good to Share My Leftovers" and submitting a 500-word essay on the societal implications of refrigerator hoarding.

8. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9. Weather Control Rights

Divorced Dad Rescue maintains the right to control the weather within a 50-foot radius of any active user. This may include, but is not limited to: creating small rain clouds that follow you specifically, generating dramatic wind effects during important conversations, or ensuring perfect barbecue weather when you're trying to impress someone. Users who complain about weather conditions automatically agree to experience three (3) consecutive days of light drizzle, regardless of their geographic location or indoor/outdoor status.
